About Commercial Cleaning of Myrtle Beach

A local commercial cleaning company built around one idea: agree the standard in writing first, then work to the document.

Our approach

Why this company works the way it does

Almost every complaint about a cleaning company comes back to the same thing, and it is not laziness. It is that nobody wrote down what cleaning was supposed to mean in that building.

Without a document, the standard moves with whoever turns up. Glass gets done one week and skipped the next. Restrooms are stocked on Monday and empty by Friday afternoon. When a manager finally raises it, there is nothing to check the work against, so the conversation becomes two opinions rather than one record.

We built the service around closing that gap. A written scope before the first visit, naming every task and how often it happens. The same crew in your building so nothing has to be re-explained. Quality checks recorded against the scope, where you can read them. None of it is exotic. It is just the part most vendors leave informal.

How we work

How we work

The scope comes first

Nothing is quoted before someone has walked your building. The document that comes out of that walkthrough is what both sides work from afterwards.

The same crew, deliberately

Rotating staff is the most common reason a cleaning standard slides. Keeping the assignment stable is a decision, not a coincidence.

Checks that produce a record

A supervisor walks the work against the scope and logs it, so a recurring problem shows up as a pattern instead of a disagreement.

Changes go on the document

A new room, a moved desk or a different frequency is written in and dated. Verbal requests get forgotten; documented ones do not.

Work around your building, not our route

Most buildings have a cleaning window that only exists when they are empty. Visits are scheduled into that window rather than into a convenient gap.

Quoted before it happens

Anything outside the agreed scope is priced and approved before the work, never added to an invoice afterwards.

Straight answers

Things we would rather tell you up front

Most of what follows is the sort of thing a cleaning company waits to be asked. It is easier for everyone if you know it before you spend time on a quote.

We will tell you when a routine is the wrong answer

If a building has fallen behind, a recurring schedule cannot catch up on it. In that case we say a reset clean comes first, and we price the two separately so you can see both.

We do not quote over the phone

A number given without seeing the building is a guess, and guesses get revised upward later. The walkthrough is what makes a fixed price possible.

We turn down work that does not fit

Some buildings need a trade we do not offer, or a frequency that would not achieve what the owner actually wants. Saying so is cheaper for you than finding out in month three.

No long-term contract is required

The first month should stand on the work rather than on paperwork that makes leaving difficult.

Common questions

Questions about working with us

How do I know the standard will hold after the first month?

Because it is written down and checked against. The scope names every task and its frequency, and the supervisor log records what was found. If the standard slips, it shows up in the record before you have to notice it yourself.

What happens if we are not happy with a visit?

Tell the contact whose name is on your scope, and the first thing that happens is a comparison against that document. Anything it covered gets put right, with the reason it was missed written into the log. Anything it did not cover gets quoted honestly instead of quietly absorbed.

Do we have to commit to a long contract?

No. We would rather the first month convinced you than have a signature keeping you. If the work is right, the contract is a formality; if it is not, a contract should not be what keeps you there.

Can you take over from our current cleaner without a gap?

Yes, and it is worth documenting the building's condition on the day we start. That gives both sides a clear baseline and avoids inheriting blame for something that was already there.

What areas do you serve?

Myrtle Beach, Conway, Carolina Forest, Socastee, North Myrtle Beach, Little River and Garden City, plus the surrounding Grand Strand. If you are just outside that, ask and we will give you a straight answer.
